Immediate openings

Resident Management Team, Self Storage.
Non resident single Management and Part Time positions are available. The wages for these positions are hourly and the benefits differ from the resident management positions. ALL are encouraged to apply.

Southern California growing company with an entreprenuerial spirit is seeking a 2 person professional team with proven success to live on-site to oversee all aspects of our 700 unit+ state-of the-art sunny California Self Storage facilities. Weekends required. 40 hour work week for each team member.

Resident Team Requirements: 2 years experience as team in Self Storage or related industry. Superior customer service and attitude. Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to explain, and sell the Company's products and services in order to meet and exceed Company's goals. The Management Team will have responsibility for every aspect of business from daily maintenance and site security to managing daily operations. Computer experience in a windows environment helpful.

Resident Team Compensation plan includes: Executive style non-smoking living quarters, with all appliances, washer and dryer, paid utilities, generous salaries with numerous monthly bonus incentives.

Part time storage consultants
16-32 Hours

Description
Part time retail storage consultants for facilities located in the Inland Empire. (Corona, Loma Linda, San Bernardino and Fontana, California). We are looking for reliable and dependable people to oversee all aspects of our self storage facilities. All positions demand the following... excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to explain, and sell the company's products and services in order to meet and exceed company goals. A successful candidate will run every aspect of business from maintenance and site security to managing daily operations.

Enjoy day shifts only! Weekends required
$10.00-$20.00 hourly opportunities including bonus incentives.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have the following.

  1. Reliable transportation.
  2. Previous sales experience.
  3. Superior customer service and attitude.
  4. The ability to promote and sell our products and services
  5. High standards in regard to maintaining property appearance
  6. Organizational skills
  7. Ability to manage daily administrative operations and meet deadlines
  8. Computer experience in a Windows environment
  9. Willingness to submit a background check and health screening to be considered for employment.
